1. Overview
Ifra Studio ("we," "us," or "our") developed Noor Deen, an Android application with package name com.ifrastudio.noordeen. Noor Deen provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading and audio, duas, tasbeeh, Islamic calendar, wallpapers and related Islamic tools.
Noor Deen does not require an account and does not ask users to publicly post personal information.
2. Information that may be processed
If a user enables location, Noor Deen uses the device location to calculate local prayer times, Qibla direction, city information and nearby mosque searches. Location access can be denied or disabled.
The app stores preferences locally on the device, such as theme, tasbeeh count, saved duas, prayer progress and notification settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes this local information.
Google AdMob may process limited device, app, advertising, consent, diagnostic and approximate-location information according to Google policies. Ifra Studio does not receive a user's precise location from AdMob. Support emails contain information the user voluntarily provides.
3. How information is used
- Calculate and display prayer times, Qibla direction and location-related tools.
- Play requested Quran, dua, azan and learning audio.
- Save preferences and progress on the device.
- Schedule prayer notifications when enabled.
- Display and measure advertising for eligible adult users.
- Protect, diagnose and improve app functionality and respond to support requests.
4. Third-party services
Noor Deen uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google User Messaging Platform and Android/Google Play platform services. Quran text or audio and other requested media may be retrieved from external Quran or media providers. Opening Nearby Mosques may open a Google Maps search. These providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, device/browser information and the requested resource.

5. Device permissions
Depending on the feature and Android version, Noor Deen may request internet/network access, approximate or precise location, notifications, exact alarms, foreground media playback, restart scheduling after device reboot and wallpaper setting access. Permissions are used only for their described app functions and can be managed in Android settings.
6. Audience and children's privacy
Noor Deen is a general-audience Islamic utility app and is not designed specifically for children. It does not provide accounts, public posting, chat or user-to-user communication.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to Ifra Studio through a support message, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
7. Retention and security
Local app data remains on the device until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Third-party providers retain information under their own policies. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records and meet legal obligations. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Users can deny or revoke permissions, disable notifications, clear app data, uninstall the app and manage advertising or consent choices through available Android, Google and in-app settings. Depending on location, users may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to make a privacy request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when Noor Deen, its service providers or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will be published here with a revised date.
